What we built
Website, care copilot and a private panel for running the home

Resource Connect Assisted Living LLC is an independent business, owned and run by its founder. Kinvra AI built and maintains the website.

The brief

The hardest decision a family makes, and no way to ask about it.

Resource Connect Assisted Living is a home, not a facility. That is the distinction the business leads with, and it is the one families are trying to find: someone awake and on duty at every hour, and care built around knowing each resident rather than around a rota.

Families looking for care are usually doing it at the worst moment of their year, often late at night, often for a parent. They want to know what the days are actually like, whether somebody is awake at three in the morning, and whether they can come and look. Those are not questions that wait for office hours.

What we built

Say what the care is, then make it easy to come and see.

  1. Services, in plain words

Personal care, medication management, home-cooked meals, transport to appointments, activities chosen with residents rather than scheduled at them, and 24-hour supervision — each one described as what it means for a day, not as a line on a brochure.

  2. A care copilot that answers at any hour

A chat assistant on every page that answers questions about the care, the home and arranging a visit — and hands over to the team when somebody wants a person.

  3. Book a visit in a few taps

A short form that asks who the care is for and the best time to reach you, because a family searching at midnight should not have to wait until nine to be heard.

  4. The phone number, everywhere

There is always someone awake and on duty, so the number sits in the header of every page and in the footer. Calling is often what a family actually wants to do.

  5. A private panel for running the home

Behind a sign-in, the owner runs the home from his own panel: enquiries, residents and rooms, staff and family access, and the copilot's conversations in one place.
