Restaurants & cafés
Full tables. Every call answered.
It's 7 PM on a Friday and the phone won't stop. We make sure every caller gets an answer, every catering lead gets a reply and your regulars hear from you again.

Where guests slip away
A day of almost-guests.
They wanted to eat with you. Here's where they gave up, and what catches them instead.
-
11:52 AM
A call during the lunch rush
Someone wants a table for six. Nobody can get to the phone, so they walk into the place next door.
With KinvraThe call is answered right away with your hours and a link to reserve, and a text back if they'd rather talk to a person.
-
3:10 PM
A catering inquiry
An office manager emails about lunch for forty next Thursday. It sits in the inbox until after close.
With KinvraDate, headcount, delivery details and dietary needs are collected on the spot and sent to whoever runs catering.
-
6:45 PM
A full dining room
“Are you open?”, “Do you take walk-ins?” and “Is there parking?” keep pulling your host away from the door.
With KinvraCommon questions are answered by text and chat, so your host can focus on the guests in front of them.
-
9:30 PM
Checking the menu on a phone
The menu is a PDF that needs pinching and zooming. They give up and order from an app.
With KinvraA fast, readable menu page with prices and dietary labels, and an order-direct button right under it.
-
Weeks later
A regular goes quiet
Nobody notices they haven't been in for a while, and nobody reaches out.
With KinvraGuests who opted in get a friendly note or an offer when it's been a while since their last visit.

- 9:12 PMCustomer: Hi! Do you cater? Looking at lunch for about 40 people next Thursday.
- AI assistant: We do! I can get this to our catering team tonight. What time would you need it, and is it delivery or pickup?
- Customer: Delivery around 12:30. A few people are vegetarian and one is gluten-free.
- AI assistant: Got it. What's the delivery address, and is there a budget you'd like us to plan around?
- Customer: Our office downtown. I can share the budget on a call.
- AI assistant: Perfect. Our catering manager will follow up with menu options and a quote. Is email or phone better?
- Catering lead sent to your manager

Questions
What restaurant owners ask us.
Can the AI take reservations?
Yes, where your reservation tool allows it. Otherwise it collects the party size, date and time and sends a link to book, or passes the request to your host. We confirm what connects before any work starts.
Will it handle calls during the dinner rush?
Yes. It answers the common questions, like hours, parking, walk-ins and directions, texts back any call you can't pick up, and passes anything it can't handle to your team.
We already use delivery apps. Do we still need online ordering?
Keep the apps if they bring you orders. We add order-direct buttons to your website and Google profile, so regulars who already know you can order from you first.
Can it answer allergy questions?
Only from the information your kitchen provides. It's set up not to guess, and to tell guests with serious allergies to confirm with your staff.
How do win-back texts work without annoying people?
They only go to guests who opted in, on a schedule you choose, with an easy way to opt out. Think a birthday note or news about a new menu, not daily blasts.
We already have a website. Do we need a new one?
Not always. Start with a free grade. If your site is solid, we may only fix the menu, the buttons and your Google profile. If it's holding you back, the plan will say so and explain the cost before any work starts.
