Auto shops & dealers
Full bays. Quiet phones.
Whether you fix cars or sell them, customers want quick answers, easy booking and a text when it's ready. We set that up so your team can stay on the floor.

Two kinds of auto business
Built for the service bay and the sales lot.
Repair shops
Service that books itself.
The phone keeps asking the same questions: how much, how soon, is it ready? Answer them automatically and keep your techs under the hood.
What we build
- Online service booking, with drop-off or wait options
- Follow-up on estimates customers haven't approved yet
- Status updates and “your car is ready” texts
- Review requests after pickup
- Reminders about recommended work they postponed
Dealers
Inventory people can shop from a phone.
Shoppers narrow it down online before they visit. Fast, detailed vehicle pages help the ready ones reach out.
What we build
- Fast vehicle pages with photos, features and price details
- Test drive and trade-in requests routed to the right person
- Instant answers to “Is this one still available?”
- Service department booking next to sales
- Follow-up with shoppers who asked and went quiet
- 9:40 AMAI assistant: Hi Jordan, your car is checked in. We'll text you once the inspection is done.
- 11:15 AMAI assistant: Inspection's done. The front brake pads and rotors need replacing. Your estimate is ready to review and approve from your phone.
- Customer: Approved. Any chance it's ready today?
- AI assistant: Thanks! Your advisor has it on today's schedule and will text you if anything changes.
- 4:20 PMAI assistant: Good news: your car is ready for pickup. We're open until 6, and you can pay online or at the counter.
- Customer: On my way. Thanks!
- Review request scheduled for after pickup
Example
From “What's that noise?” to “Your car is ready.”
Customers stay in the loop by text, so your service advisors spend less time on the phone and more time with the people at the counter.
- Estimates sent for approval by text, where your shop software allows it
- Status updates without a phone call
- A review request after pickup
Where customers slip away
The work gets done right. The follow-up doesn't.
Calls during the morning rush
Drop-offs fill the counter while the phone rings with “How much for brakes?”
Estimates that go quiet
Customers postpone recommended work, and nobody follows up.
“Is my car ready?” calls
Customers call for updates because nobody's had a moment to text them.
Booking only by phone
Drivers who find you at night can't book an oil change until you open.
Few recent reviews
Happy customers drive away without being asked to leave a review.
Slow inventory pages
Heavy vehicle pages with missing details send shoppers to the next listing.

Questions
What shop owners and dealers ask us.
Can customers book service online with our shop software?
Often, yes. We connect to your shop management or scheduling tool where it allows it. If it can't take bookings directly, requests go to your service advisors to confirm. We confirm what connects before any work starts.
Will the AI quote repair prices?
Only the prices or ranges you approve, like an oil change or a diagnostic fee. Anything that needs an inspection gets booked or sent to a service advisor.
How does estimate follow-up work?
When a customer postpones recommended work, they get a reminder later, on the timing you choose, with a link to book. It's helpful, not pushy, and they can opt out anytime.
Can you build inventory pages for our dealership?
Yes. We build fast vehicle listing and detail pages, fed from your inventory system where it allows it, with test drive and trade-in requests routed to the right person.
What about dealer advertising rules?
Advertising and pricing disclosure rules vary by state, and your team knows your obligations best. We build pages that show price details clearly, and your team reviews prices, fees and ad copy before anything goes live. This isn't legal advice.
We're a small independent shop. Is this too much?
No. Small shops feel missed calls the most. We usually start with online booking, missed-call text-back and “your car is ready” texts, and add more when it pays off.
