Hospitals & clinics

Make it easy to find a doctor and book.

Patients look for care on their phones, often after hours. We help them find the right provider, request an appointment and get answers, with patient privacy planned in from the start.

Where patients get stuck

Before the first visit, there's a website.

Every extra phone call or confusing page is a chance for a patient to try somewhere else.

Can't find a doctor

No searchable directory, or provider pages without specialty, location or accepted insurance.

Booking means calling

Patients looking for care after hours can't request a time, so they keep searching.

Insurance questions

“Do you take my insurance?” ties up the front desk because the answer isn't easy to find online.

Forms on clipboards

New patients fill in the same forms in the waiting room, if they even know what to bring.

Questions after hours

Hours, directions, parking and portal help all wait until the phones open.

Hard to use for some patients

Missing image descriptions, low contrast and forms that don't work with screen readers shut people out.

Patient access

From search to appointment request, on any phone.

A fast, accessible website that answers the questions patients have before they pick up the phone.

  • A find-a-doctor directory with specialty, location and insurance
  • Online scheduling or appointment requests, linked from the top of every page
  • New-patient pages with forms to complete ahead of time
How we build websites
Your clinicWebsite chat
  1. 10:18 PMCustomer: Hi, are you taking new patients? Do you take Medicare?
  2. AI assistant: Yes to both. We're accepting new patients at our Main Street and Riverside offices. Would you like to request an appointment?
  3. Customer: Yes please, Main Street. Mornings are best.
  4. AI assistant: Great. I'll need your name and a phone number for our scheduling team. Please don't share symptoms or health details here.
  5. Customer: Sam Lee, 555-0142.
  6. AI assistant: Thanks, Sam. Scheduling will call you after the office opens. If this is an emergency, please call 911.

After hours

Answers at 10 PM, without collecting health details.

An AI assistant answers general questions from information you approve and gets patients to the right place.

  • Hours, locations, insurance, parking and how to book
  • Never asks for symptoms, conditions or medical history
  • Anything that handles patient information runs on tools that sign a BAA
How our AI automation works

Patient privacy

Planned around HIPAA from day one.

We aren't your compliance team, and we don't pretend to be. We build so patient information only goes where it should, and we work through the details with your privacy officer.

Only tools that sign a BAA

Anything that handles patient information, like appointment requests or patient messages, runs on tools that will sign a Business Associate Agreement.

Health details stay out of forms

Website forms and chat ask for contact details and a preferred time, not symptoms, conditions or medical history.

Trackers reviewed first

Analytics and ad tags on appointment, portal and condition pages can share visitor data. We review each one with your team before anything runs.

Your compliance team decides

We explain what every tool does with data. Your privacy or compliance officer makes the final call.

There's no official HIPAA certification for agencies or software, so we don't claim one, and nothing on this page is legal advice.

Example

A new patient, start to finish.

  1. 01

    Finds a doctor

A parent looking for a pediatrician filters your directory by location and accepted insurance.

  2. 02

    Requests a time

They pick a provider and request an appointment from their phone, without calling.

  3. 03

    Gets forms ahead

Scheduling confirms, and new-patient forms arrive through your patient portal or intake tool.

  4. 04

    Stays in the loop

Reminders go out through your approved tools, so the visit starts on time.

Checklist

What our grader checks on healthcare websites.

Our free Website Grader adds these checks automatically when it recognizes a hospital or clinic.

  • Online scheduling or requests

A clear way to book or request an appointment, linked from the top of the homepage.

  • Find a doctor

A provider directory with photo, specialty, location and accepted insurance for each clinician.

  • Insurance information

An “Insurance we accept” page, including Medicare, Medicaid or self-pay options where they apply.

  • Patient portal link

In the header, so patients can message you, see results and pay bills without calling.

  • New patient information

Whether you're accepting new patients, forms to fill in ahead of time and what to bring.

  • Virtual visits, if you offer them

Telehealth mentioned clearly on the homepage, since patients often search for it.

  • Privacy notices

Your website privacy policy and your HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, both linked in the footer.

  • Accessibility commitment

Organizations that receive HHS funding, such as Medicare or Medicaid, have web accessibility requirements under Section 504. An accessibility statement shows patients how to report problems.

  • Nondiscrimination and language help

A nondiscrimination notice and free language assistance information, which federally funded providers generally need.

  • Hospital price transparency

For hospitals: the price transparency link in the footer and the cms-hpt.txt file CMS requires.

The grader only reads what a public page shows. Its compliance checks are prompts for a review by your compliance team, not legal findings.

Questions

What healthcare teams ask us.

Are you HIPAA certified?

There's no official HIPAA certification for agencies or software, so be cautious of anyone who claims one. What we do: plan around HIPAA from the start, only use tools that sign a Business Associate Agreement for anything that handles patient information, keep patient information out of tools that won't, and work with your compliance team, who make the final call.

Can the AI answer medical questions?

No. It answers general questions like hours, locations, insurance, parking and how to book, using information you approve. It doesn't give medical advice, doesn't ask for health details, and tells anyone describing an emergency to call 911.

Can patients book with our current scheduling system?

Often, yes. We link or connect to your scheduling system or patient portal where it allows it. If direct booking isn't possible, we set up an appointment request that goes to your scheduling team. We confirm what connects before any work starts.

What about analytics and ad pixels?

Tracking on healthcare sites needs care, because tags on appointment, portal or condition pages can share visitor information with ad platforms. We review what each tag sends with your privacy or compliance team and only set up tracking they approve.

Can you make our website accessible?

We design and test against WCAG 2.1 AA, fix what an accessibility audit finds, and publish an accessibility statement with a way to report problems. Accessibility needs ongoing care as content changes, and your compliance team confirms which rules apply to you.

Do you work with hospitals or only small practices?

Both. Hospitals and health systems usually have more locations, more providers and more review steps, so the plan brings in your marketing, IT and privacy teams from the start.
