These terms apply to your use of kinvraai.com, including our free Website Grader and AI assistant. By using the site, you agree to them.

Our free tools

• The Website Grader reads the public homepage of the website you enter and produces an automated score and suggestions. Results are informational estimates and can be incomplete or wrong — for example, when a site blocks automated checks or builds its content with JavaScript. They aren't legal, compliance, medical or other professional advice.
• Only grade websites you own, manage, or have a legitimate business reason to review.
• The AI assistant is an automated tool and can make mistakes. Nothing it says about pricing, timelines or services is an offer or a commitment; any work with Kinvra AI is agreed in writing.
• Instant estimates are ranges based on an automated grade, not quotes. The Prototype Studio creates AI-generated examples of what a website, ads, plan or automation could look like — they're illustrations, not promises of specific results.

Disclosures and client agreements

Our Disclosures explain how we use AI, what our grades and estimates mean, and our AI-generated media. Work with Kinvra AI is governed by a signed Client Services Agreement, which includes Client Disclosures.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the site. That includes trying to disrupt or overload it, getting around rate limits, scraping it at scale, probing it for vulnerabilities, or using our tools to harm others or break the law.

Content

The site's content, design and code belong to Kinvra AI or its licensors. Client projects shown on the site are examples of our work, and their names and content belong to their owners. Photos and videos marked as illustrative or AI-generated were created for this site and don't show real customers.

No warranties

The site and its free tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Kinvra AI isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or its free tools.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA.
