What you should know.
Kinvra Assistant is an AI
The chat assistant on this website, Kinvra Assistant, is an AI system powered by Anthropic's Claude. It isn't a person. It answers from information we've given it and can make mistakes, and nothing it says about prices, timelines or services is an offer. Please don't rely on it for legal, medical or financial decisions.
You can ask for a person at any time. When someone from our team is available, the assistant brings them into the chat. If nobody can join, it can pass your details to our team so we can reply by email.
Chats are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. For example, if you ask for a person, the conversation is stored for up to 7 days so our team can read it and reply. Please don't share health information, passwords or payment details in the chat.
Grades and estimates aren't quotes
Our free Website Grader checks the public homepage of the site you enter and gives an automated score and suggestions. It can miss things or get them wrong, for example when a site blocks automated checks or builds its content with JavaScript.
The instant price ranges shown after a grade are estimates based on common fixes for the issues found. They aren't quotes, offers or commitments. Your actual price is set out in a written proposal after we've talked about what your business needs.
Some photos and video are AI-generated
Some photos and videos on this website are illustrative and were created with AI tools from OpenAI. They don't show real customers, staff, places or results.
No guaranteed results
Every business is different, and results depend on things no agency controls, such as competition, search and platform algorithms, your products, prices and reviews, and the market. We don't guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, leads, sales or ad results, or approval by any marketplace or platform. Examples and estimates we share are for planning, not predictions.
Independent from the platforms we use
Kinvra AI is an independent agency. We aren't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Shopify, Amazon, TikTok, Walmart, Google, Meta or any other company whose products we use or mention. Their names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to describe the services we offer. Each platform sets its own rules, fees and approval decisions.
How we use AI in client work
We use AI tools, such as Anthropic's Claude, to help draft content, code, ads and customer messages. A person on our team reviews that work before it's delivered or goes live.
AI chat and phone assistants we build for clients follow the information and rules the client approves, identify themselves as automated where the law requires, and hand conversations to a person when a customer asks or when it matters.
Our clients' websites, data and accounts stay in their name, and where possible their data stays in their own accounts rather than ours. Clients receive a detailed version of these disclosures with their Client Services Agreement.
Call recording and texting
If you're a client using AI phone answering, call recording or texting, the rules on notice and consent vary by state. Some states, including Maryland, require everyone on a call to consent before it's recorded. Marketing texts generally require the recipient's prior express written consent under the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and similar state laws.
Each business is responsible for the notices and consents it needs. We set up notice messages, such as a recording announcement or text opt-out instructions, where the tools support them, and we recommend checking your plans with your own attorney.
Healthcare and patient information
For healthcare clients, we plan around HIPAA from the start. We only use tools that will sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) for anything that handles patient information, keep patient information out of tools that won't, and sign a BAA with the client before any protected health information is shared with us.
This website, its forms and our AI assistant aren't designed to receive health information, so please don't share it here.
