Is the call really free?
Yes. There's no cost and no obligation. It's a conversation about your business, your website and what would help, and whether we're a good fit to do it.
What should I have ready?
Your website address and a rough idea of what you'd like more of: calls, bookings, orders or leads. If you've already run our free website grade, bring it along. It gives us something specific to look at together.
How does the call happen?
Your confirmation email says exactly how to join, whether that's a video link or a phone call, and it includes a calendar invite.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. The confirmation email has a link to pick a new time or cancel, and you can always reply to the email instead.
What time zone are the times in?
Your own. The scheduler reads your time zone from your browser, and you can change it under the calendar. Each time also shows Eastern Time, where we're based.
Will you try to sell me something?
We'll tell you honestly what we'd fix first and roughly what it would cost, if you want to know. There's no pressure to buy anything, and if we're not the right fit we'll say so.
