Real estate

Answer every lead while it's still warm.

Buyers and sellers reach out at night, on weekends and while you're at a showing. We make sure they hear back right away, book a time and keep hearing from you until they're ready.

  1. 8:47 PMCustomer: Hi, is the 3-bedroom on Maple Street still available? Could we see it this weekend?
  2. AI assistant: Hi! It's still available. I can set up a showing with Dana. Saturday at 11 AM or Sunday at 2 PM are open. Do either work?
  3. Customer: Saturday at 11 works.
  4. AI assistant: You're booked for Saturday at 11. Are you working with an agent yet, and have you spoken with a lender?
  5. Customer: No agent yet. We're pre-approved.
  6. AI assistant: Thanks! Dana will see you Saturday, and you'll get a reminder the day before. Text here anytime with questions.

Example

A showing request at 8:47 PM.

The buyer is scrolling listings on the couch. Your agent is at dinner. The buyer still gets a time on the calendar, and your agent gets a summary.

  • Replies from your listing details, never guesses
  • Books showings from your agents' calendars
  • Asks the questions your agents would ask, then hands off
How our AI automation works

Listing pages

Listings that sell the home on a phone.

Buyers browse on their phones. Every listing page loads fast, shows the photos well and makes it one tap to ask a question or book a showing.

  • Big, fast photo galleries with key details up top
  • Book-a-showing and ask-a-question buttons on every listing
  • Listing search from your MLS feed, where your MLS allows it

Nurture

Stay in touch without a spreadsheet.

Plenty of buyers and sellers aren't ready the day they reach out. Follow-up keeps going until they are, and past clients hear from you on the dates that matter.

  • Email and text follow-up for people who opted in
  • New-listing alerts matched to what they asked for
  • Home anniversaries, check-ins and review requests
How we run marketing

Fair housing

Helpful, and careful about fair housing.

Fair housing rules apply to your website, your ads and automated replies too. We build with that in mind, and your broker has the final say.

Facts about the home

Replies and listing copy describe the property and its features, not the kind of person it's “perfect for.”

Neighborhood questions, sourced

Questions about schools, safety or who lives nearby are pointed to independent public sources and your agents, not answered with opinions.

Ads inside the housing rules

Google and Meta limit targeting for housing ads, including by age, gender and ZIP code. We set campaigns up within those limits.

This isn't legal advice. Fair housing and real estate advertising rules also vary by state and locality, so your broker or attorney should review scripts, ads and listing copy before they go live.

Checklist

What a great real estate website needs.

  • Instant replies to every lead

Website, portal and ad leads answered right away, not the next morning.

  • Search that works on a phone

Listing search from your MLS feed where allowed, with filters and saved searches.

  • Showing requests in two taps

A book-a-showing button on every listing, connected to your calendar.

  • A home value request

A simple form for sellers wondering what their home is worth, routed to the right agent.

  • Agent and team pages

Real bios, the areas each agent covers, reviews and a direct way to reach them.

  • Neighborhood pages with facts

Parks, commutes, amenities and market updates, written with fair housing in mind.

  • Brokerage and license details

Your brokerage name, license information and the equal housing notice where they're required.

  • Photos that load fast

Big and beautiful, but compressed so listing pages still load quickly on cellular.

Questions

What agents and brokers ask us.

Can the AI respond to leads from listing portals?

Often, yes. Many portals send leads by email or into your CRM, and we connect to those where they allow it. We confirm what connects before any work starts.

Will it talk to buyers the way an agent would?

It answers from your listing details and rules, books showings and asks the questions you'd ask. It doesn't negotiate, give opinions on price, or describe who lives in a neighborhood. Those conversations go to your agents.

Does this make us fair housing compliant?

We build with fair housing in mind: property-focused copy, careful replies and ads set up inside the platforms' housing rules. But we aren't lawyers and this isn't legal advice. Your broker or attorney should review scripts, ads and listing copy before launch.

Can you show our listings on our website?

Yes, usually through an IDX listing feed where your MLS and brokerage allow it. Your own listings can also get dedicated pages that are easy to share.

How do past-client touchpoints work?

Past clients who agreed to hear from you get a note on their home anniversary, an occasional market update and a review request, on a schedule you choose. You can edit every message.

I'm a solo agent. Is this worth it?

Solo agents feel slow replies the most, because nobody covers the phone while you're at a showing. We usually start with instant lead response and showing booking, then add more when it pays off.
